Scott & Leah Conner
Scott and Leah Conner are AWANA missionaries serving churches in Northern and
Southeastern Michigan. They are passionate about reaching kids and families with
the gospel of Jesus Christ and see that AWANA meets that need. They are actively
building relationships with the churches they serve, while providing them training,
tools for ministry, and encouragement. They also invest in growing the ministry by
building relationships with churches that don't have AWANA by bringing child
discipleship conversations. Scott also serves as a US Field Director.
Scott and Leah have four children, Dallace, Eva, Landon, and Jett. They live in Cadillac,
Michigan and enjoy may seasonal activities with their family. Scott is native to
Michigan, while Leah is from Ithaca, NY. Scott and Leah met at Clarks Summit
University (formerly Baptist Bible College), as Leah was finishing her undergraduate
studies and Scott was working through his Master of Divinity degree. Scott has over
10 years of pastoral ministry experience. He is also an active Chaplain in the
Air Force Reserves, serving our men and women in arms.
